GrowBizmo is a small business digital growth platform. We help small businesses build, manage, and continuously improve their professional online presence through a simple monthly website subscription. We are an ongoing digital partner, not a traditional web design agency.

What exactly is the GrowBizmo website subscription?

It's one monthly payment that covers your domain, professional website, hosting, security, SEO foundations, support, and the ongoing work of building, managing, and improving your website. Instead of buying a website once and watching it age, you get a site that is actively improved every month by people who do this for a living.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. We keep clients by doing good work every month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Who owns my domain name?

You do. Your domain is registered in your name with you as the legal registrant. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you – no charge, no delay, no hostage negotiation.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

Your domain goes with you, along with your content and images. The custom-built site itself runs on our managed platform, so hosting ends with the subscription – but we'll export your content and help you move. We'll also tell you honestly if leaving is the right call for your situation.

How long does it take to launch?

Most sites go live in 10 to 21 days. The main variable is how quickly we can get your photos, service details, and feedback. We do the writing and the technical work.

Do you write the content, or do I have to?

We write it. We interview you for 45 minutes, then draft everything and send it for review. You edit and approve – you never stare at a blank page.

What if I already have a website?

We'll audit what you have first. Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild; sometimes we keep what's working and improve it. We'll tell you which, even when a rebuild would earn us more.

Is SEO really included, or is it an upsell?

Real technical and local SEO is included: page structure, metadata, schema, internal linking, sitemaps, page speed, Google Business Profile, and local signals. Aggressive multi-city campaigns and paid ad management are separate, and we'll say so plainly rather than hiding it.

What is AI search optimization and why does it matter?

More people now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or Google's AI answers for recommendations instead of scrolling a results page. Those systems favor sites with clear, complete, well-structured answers and consistent business facts. We format your content so AI systems can read, trust, and quote you.

We ask what you do, who you serve, and where customers currently come from. If we're not the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better. No pitch deck.

Week 1
The 45-minute interview
The only real time commitment. We record it, pull out your services, your differentiators, your best stories, and the questions customers always ask.

Copy and design
We write every word and design every page. You review a live preview link and leave comments. Two rounds of revisions are standard; we don't count nitpicks.
